Why process PDFs locally?
Absolute privacy
Your documents never leave your device. There is no upload step, no server storage, and nothing for a breach to expose.
Instant & offline
Skip upload/download round trips entirely. Once a page has loaded, most tools keep working even without a connection.
No account required
Open a tool, drop your file, and download the result. No email capture, no paywalls, no friction.
Frequently asked questions
- Does Foliqo upload my files to a server?
- No. Every tool on Foliqo runs entirely inside your browser using WebAssembly and JavaScript. Your files are read into memory on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.
- Do I need to create an account?
- No account, email, or payment is required for any tool. Open a tool page, drop in your file, and download the result.
- Will Foliqo work without an internet connection?
- Once a tool page has loaded in your browser, the processing itself happens fully offline. You only need a connection to first load the page.
- Is there a file size or page count limit?
- The only real limit is your own device’s memory and processing power, since everything runs locally rather than on a shared server.
